If I don't put pen to paper...or digits to the keyboard I may forget some of this great stuff....
Jacob's latest phrases:
Lurky Charms = Lucky Charms Cereal
Potty Ho = Paddy Hill, his school next fall (we're working hard on his pronunciation of this one!)
and finally, Love-a-bye = Lullaby...personally I think it should be loveabye:)
which reminds me of another "Jacobism" from when he was younger:
Mopkin = Napkin (again, very practical!)
We just finished watching the making of Toy Story and he was completely enthralled. I don't know if it's because he's a genius (aren't everyone's kids?) or because he was totally not going to let Ben watch Toy Story the movie again...anyways, it was very interesting.
Ben is going through a "Mema" (Grandma, for those of you not in the know) phase and it's real cute. Has Mema replaced Buzz, Woody, Ernie & Bert? She does have many of their unique qualities and she does travel fairly well....hmmm, we'll have to see who or what replaces his Mema when she loses her pull-string or her helmet. I'll keep you posted.
Eli is enjoying his new found freedom in that he can walk, and attempt to run anywhere. We have had to invest in more baby gates and baby gate replacements recently. Hopefully they will contain the littlest monkey until he learns that the fireplace isn't a playplace and the washing machine buttons aren't his personal toys!
Here are a few pics, some more recent than others that are my current favorites. Some Rob rescued from an old cell phone. Make sure to read the captions:) Enjoy!
